is passionate about helping others achieve success in their business and professional life. She has had a background in senior management in the corporate sector as well as extensive experience in small business as well as owning and successfully selling several businesses, including a fashion boutique, day spa in the heart of Collins St and a publishing house. She now coaches and advises small and medium sized businesses throughout Australia with strategies to grow their business as well as enhance the value and attractiveness of their business.

Bev not only has the experience to help but provides the tools to be successful in owners reaching their dreams and by growing their profit and enhance the value in simple yet effective ways and build an asset to sell when appropriate, not just the soft skills in business but the ‘nut and bolts’ to impact profit and value.

Bev is an advisor on the Small Business Ministerial Council, immediate past Chair of the Small Business Mentoring Service, President of Melbourne Business Network and a senior educator in Business and Leadership and Management at RMIT and a graduate of the Company Directors Institute of Australia. She has extensive experience in retail, management, marketing, people management and small business.

Debra is the owner of Enhance Solutions which was established in 2004. Her vision is to offer a service which addresses complex issues regarding workplace health and safety and learning and change in a fun and practical manner. A key emphasis is on partnership ‘with’ rather than expert ‘to’ the organisations she works with.

Debra has key skills in the creation and implementation of cultural change which has a strong emphasis on the development of leaders within a business, especially those in a front line position. Her clients range in industry type and include companies such as CSR, Holcim, Victoria Legal Aid and a number of councils and utilities.

She is known as a dynamic workshop facilitator who designs and facilitates workshops that are practical, fun and highly interactive in areas ranging from communication skills through to leadership.
